PBA Presents Officer With Award For Service

On December 4, 2018, the Upper Moreland Township Police Benevolent Association presented Officer Scott Metheny with an award for his dedicated service to the Upper Moreland PBA.  A 25-year veteran of the Upper Moreland Police Department, Officer Metheny served as the PBA’s President between 2010 and 2017.  He was instrumental in many aspects of contract negotiations and spent countless hours attending labor seminars throughout the country.  As the PBA President, Officer Metheny volunteered a lot of his personal time to organize and attend various community events.  His dedication to the PBA and to the community is appreciated.
