The Upper Moreland Police Benevolent Association is a law enforcement labor union that was established in 1997 to represent the active and retired Police Officers of the Upper Moreland Township Police Department.
While mainly being the sole collective bargaining agent for contract negotiations, the Upper Moreland Township PBA also supports the community through various activities throughout the year, including hosting and attending public events, supporting the community, and providing donations to families in need.






Upper Moreland PBA Announcement
The Upper Moreland PBA would like to announce that we will once again be providing two separate scholarships in the amount of $1,000 each. To be eligible to receive the scholarship the applicant must be a resident of Upper Moreland Township and be graduating from high school in June 2020 and entering college in the Fall of 2020.
The scholarships will be awarded based on the applicant’s interest in Criminal Justice or their involvement in community service.
Please read the applications carefully. All submissions must be postmarked or e-mailed by May 1, 2020. The applications will also be available at the Upper Moreland High School and the Eastern Center for Arts & Technology.

The Upper Moreland PBA would like to remind parents to continue to monitor your child’s cellphone use. Free apps can be easily downloaded and may appear to be harmless, such as for posting pictures or chatting with friends. What many do not realize is that these apps can be used for illegal or harmful activities, such as, posting and/or exchanging explicit photos, videos, and language. Some apps may even document the users cellphone location without the user’s consent.
