Between August 10 and September 14, 2019, Upper Moreland resident James Lynch of Boy Scout Troop 354 completed his Eagle Scout project by accepting donations to serve and support homeless veterans.
After reaching out to the Upper Moreland Police, the Upper Moreland PBA elected to assist James with his Eagle Scout project by donating items that will go toward benefiting many of the homeless veterans around the area.
